Are you lawyers?
No. We are a claims service. We file the paperwork, talk to the broker or carrier, and get you paid. If your situation needs a lawyer, we will tell you straight up.
Will the broker blacklist me for filing?
In our experience, no. Detention is owed under the rate confirmation you both signed. We file it the same way a TMS or factoring company would. Most brokers expect it.
What if I do not have my ratecon?
Reach out to us. If you can pull it from your email, dispatch, or factoring portal, we can usually work with that. No ratecon, no claim though. That is the rule.
How long until I get paid?
Most claims close in a week or two. Some take a month if the broker drags their feet. We follow up so you do not have to.
