How do I check the status of my claim?

Open the app and tap your claim to see where it stands. If something looks off or has not moved, email us, same-day replies on anything about a live claim.

How long does a claim take?

Most claims close in a week or two. Some take a month if the broker drags their feet. We follow up so you do not have to.

What does HaulClaim cost?

Nothing right now. For a limited time HaulClaim is 100% free: you keep everything we recover, no fee, even on what we collect. If we collect zero, you owe zero. No retainer, no signup fee. The free deal is a limited-time offer.

I am having trouble logging in.

Make sure you are using the email you signed up with, and check your inbox (and spam folder) for the verification code. Still stuck? Email us and we will sort it out.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, go to the Profile tab, and tap Delete Account, or email legal@haulclaim.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account." Our Delete Account page walks through the steps and explains what we delete, what we keep de-identified, and for how long.
