How do I delete my information?
You can delete your HaulClaim account — the app published by Haul Claim, Corp. — and the personal data tied to it at any time. Here’s exactly how, and what happens to your data afterward.
Last updated: June 10, 2026
Two ways to delete your account
Either option removes your account and the personal data associated with your identity. Pick whichever is easier.
In the HaulClaim app
- Open the HaulClaim app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm when prompted.
Your account and the data tied to your identity are removed right away. See what gets deleted below.
By email
Prefer not to use the app? Email us from the address on your account and we’ll take care of it:
legal@haulclaim.comUse the subject line “Delete my account,” and send it from the email address on your account so we can verify it’s really you. We’ll process your request and confirm by email within 30 days.
What gets deleted, and what we keep
When you delete your account, we remove the personal data that identifies you. As described in our Terms of Service and Privacy Notice, we may keep data that can no longer be linked back to you.
Deleted — data tied to your identity
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Account credentials and one-time passcodes
- Commercial driver’s license details, MC and DOT numbers, and LLC / business name
- Rate confirmations, bills of lading, and any documents or photos you uploaded
- Your claims, detention logs, and the GPS / location data tied to your account
- Your app preferences and settings
Kept — but no longer linked to you
- De-identified and aggregated usage and claim statistics that can no longer be linked to you
- Anonymized data we use to operate, analyze, and improve the Service
This data is de-identified or aggregated — it can’t reasonably be used to identify you — so we may keep it to run and improve the Service, as allowed by our Terms and Privacy Notice.
Retained — only where required
- Limited records we’re required to keep for legal, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution, or fraud-prevention purposes — held only as long as the law requires, then deleted or de-identified
- Copies that already exist in encrypted backups, which are isolated from active use and purged within 90 days
Deleting your account is permanent and can’t be undone. For the full picture of how long we keep data and why, see the Privacy Notice.
