Why we built it
Every owner-operator knows the feeling: you show up on time, you sit for hours, and the load that should have paid for detention pays nothing. The money is owed. It is in the contract. But chasing it means paperwork, timestamps you did not write down, and a broker who is happy to let it slide.
Industry estimates put the average loss at thousands of dollars a year, per driver, in detention that simply never gets billed. Not because drivers are not owed it, but because the system makes collecting it a second job.
So we made the proof automatic and the chasing somebody else's problem. You log the load in the app, your time on site is GPS-stamped, and we file the claim and follow up with the broker until the check is cut. You drive.
